Paul Ducommun, president of Rocky Mountain Bus Sales Inc. first opened the business in 1963 mostly tailoring to Colorado based companies and individuals. Now, some 60 years later, we are internationally known as a company that sells quality used buses at a fair price. Rocky Mountain Bus is a family business staffing Todd Ducommun , and Dave Mills. We pride ourselves on selling quality, safe, rust-free used buses at a reasonable price. Customer Service has been and continues to be our number one priority. Our advertising is comprised of 90% word of mouth from our buyers.

Over the years, Rocky Mountain Bus has evolved and will continue to change strategies as our customers needs change. 14 passenger Non-CDL MFSAB have been a big push throughout the country and we have been able to provide our customers with nice rust-free, non-CDL buses with air conditioning. We will continue to pursue the export market for used buses, including Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Belize and Panama, as well as, several middle Eastern and Far East Countries. We have also starting to get our niche in special organizations, churches and private schools. One trip to our location and our customers know that they are getting a quality bus that will not rust through in a couple of years. That’s our big difference, we do not buy our buses from the rust belts.
At Rocky Mountain Bus Sales we thoroughly go through each bus with a thirty point inspection. This includes: Tires/rims, brakes, hoses, fluid levels, lights, exhaust system, engine and transmission general work. We basically do a thorough DOT inspection. Our mindset is to make certain that the buses are safe enough for our children to ride them. If they are that safe, then they are safe enough for anyone.
